I have a little...BIG...Problem:
My ARMS!
We all have insecurities, right? Mine are def my arms..I can't even wear a short sleeved shirt without wanting to wear a cardigan or a hooded jacket. Now that Spring/Summer is coming I want to feel more confident with my arms. I have a lot of loose skin from my 50lbs lost, but I'm hoping to to get toned up. Enter:
The Shake Weight!
I think I can manage 6min a day!
I will update every Monday on how my arms are lookin. Hopefully I will be able to wear this sleeveless dress I bought to wear to a wedding June 11th..without a coverup..

Let me know how you like the shake weight - I've always wanted to try it, but didn't want to buy it and find out it doesn't really work!
I can't wait to see if it works. I always think those things look really silly but I would totally do it if it worked.
