MyFitnessPal

Have I been living under a rock?
Yes, I think so.
I signed up for MyFitnessPal today and I'm lovin it!
I get 1410 calories a day to lose 1.5 lbs a week, which is totally doable.
I think the tools on there are really going to help me lose this last chunk {no pun intended ;)} of weight! My user name on there is alliemarshall627 if anyone wants to be friends :)
I noticed that by noon after I had tracked everything I was going to eat at work that I only had 9gr of carbs left for the day. Ehh..? Apparently I eat too many carbs! I will need to eat lean meat tonight and veggies.

Tonight I'm headed back to the YMCA to start week 4 of C25K. I'm about to show my shins what's up..NO, shins, you will NOT hold me back any longer with my running. I have my IcyHot, Tylenol and stretching regimen ready!

My cousin signed up for MFP last summer. She added the app to her iPhone. By Thanksgiving, she was down 30lbs. It seems to be working for her and it is really similar to WW online.
