Weigh In 3-25-11

This week I am down another -.6 exactly.
Am I happy about it?
Not exactly, especially since I have been tracking on MyFitnessPal all week, staying within my calorie intake and I worked out 4 days this week. I will keep at it though because any loss is a loss and I will take it!

Just keep at it! The results you want will come soon. It's hard losing weight when you put all your effort into it.
