Yay so I'm back with my weekly WW weigh in posts. Like I mentioned a few posts ago, I did fall off the fit train for a few weeks. Too many weeks, in fact, that when I went to weigh in at Weight Watchers on Friday that I was "terminated" in their system. I was so ashamed. But it's okay, right? I never really quit counting points..I was just guessing a lot and not tracking when the new PointsPlus program came out. Then Las Vegas, moving, Christmas, New Years happened and I just wasn't weighing in. I'm back though..tracking..weekly meal plans..working out 4-5 times a week..and attending the weekly meetings. Oh to be back on a routine..such a calmer feeling.
I tried two new work outs this week. On Thursday night I did a "Hip Hop Hustle" class at my gym..it's an hour long and we just kept adding 8 count steps to a dance routine. Then at the end of the class we focused on abs..tons of crunches. WOW I was feeling it the next day. Then Friday I went to the class "Cardio Party." The first 30 minutes is Turbo Kick, then the next 30 is Zumba and the last 30 minutes are weights. This was my first time trying Turbo Kick...I really wasn't getting the hang of it but the instructor said it takes at least 3 tries to get all the moves down, but at least I stuck it out. I bailed on the weights section of the class..I was tired and J and I had plans for the night. Here is me after Cardio Party:
This week my goal is to track all my foods, get in all my work outs and drink at least 64 oz of water a day. I will have to weigh in next Saturday instead since I have to work Friday due to tomorrow being a holiday! I hope you all have a great week!
