Yup.

Then it pisses me off when I get OUT of my funk and step on and see all my hard work undone.

I am just getting out of my last funk (well me moved and had to unpack, adjust, etc and just didnt eat right and slacked) and trying to undo the 15-20 lbs that I regained during my two months off my routine.

I say get up and workout. Even if it is some sit ups, sidebends, etc. It gets your endorphins going and the energy going.

For me, it was seeing the scale and then cutting the sugar back out again. Starting to see the numbers go down on the scale has helped too.

Good luck girl! Keep going. You can do this.Fit Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02637319471999626998noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5262924413598053104.post-91456957135858171062013-07-31T04:12:12.893-07:002013-07-31T04:12:12.893-07:00Maybe its the weather! I don't know how to reset. I try starting each day as a new day but I just keep falling back into the bad habits. I feel straight up EXHAUSTED and I don't know how to not feel like this. Good luck! :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14089218882540919138noreply@blogger.com
